We are committed to providing immediate and lasting treatment for a wide range of urgent dental issues. Depending on your diagnosis, we can perform many of the following procedures on the same day as your emergency appointment:

1. Emergency Extractions

When a tooth is critically damaged by trauma, severe decay, or overwhelming infection, extraction may be the necessary first step to eliminate pain and prevent the spread of infection.

  • What we do: We perform safe, gentle tooth extractions and immediately discuss follow-up options for tooth replacement.

2. Same-Day Fillings and Restorations

A lost filling, a chipped tooth, or a new, painful cavity can expose sensitive inner layers of your tooth.

  • What we do: We provide prompt, high-quality composite fillings and bonding to repair chipped or fractured teeth, seal out bacteria, and restore the function and aesthetics of your tooth in one visit. We can also re-cement or replace loose restorations.

3. Emergency Crown Prep & Same-Day Crowns (Where Applicable)

A broken, cracked, or severely weakened tooth often requires a full-coverage crown to save it from further fracture or loss.

  • What we do: For many cases, we can prepare the tooth for a crown immediately. We will place a temporary crown while the permanent crown is being fabricated. You will return after 1 week to have the permanent crown cemented into place.

4. Dental Implant & Consultation for Missing Teeth

While the full implant procedure may require planning, we recognize the urgency of a recently lost tooth due to trauma.

  • What we do: In many emergency situations (especially after an extraction), we can perform immediate implant placement. The placement of the implant is the first step in the process of having a dental implant. While the implant requires 4 months of natural healing before the final crown can be placed, we have temporary options to replace the tooth, for esthetic purposes, within 1-3 days.

  3. Pain Management: We will provide immediate on-the-spot pain relief and stabilizing treatment to make you comfortable.

  4. Treatment Plan: We will clearly explain your treatment options and proceed with the necessary same-day care (extraction, implant, crown, etc.), or stabilize your condition and schedule the necessary follow-up for complex procedures like root canals.
